BIGALS has a one-year warranty. If anything fails beyond normal wear and tear or rider damage, we will send you replacement parts.

Since the BIGALS products and wheels are designed to be compatible with standard components, you can have them serviced at any regular bike shop. We recommend going to a Wheelbuilder professional. The BIGALS hubs are compatible with DTSWISS350 components.

Both are manufactured and shipped in Spain. The wheels are handmade - we have merged the two cultures, Spanish and Swiss, to create a masterpiece of a wheelset.
