Shipping Policy

After the order confirmation, we will send the ordered items as a package to the delivery address you provided. The usual delivery time is between 3-5 working days for all products except wheels. Wheels usually take 10-15 working days. There are no customs clearance or shipping costs within the EU.
For orders from outside the EU, delivery times may be extended by up to 5 working days.
If the delivery of the goods fails despite repeated delivery attempts, MYBIGALS may withdraw from the contract.

Return

By returning the goods within 14 days of receipt, you can cancel the contract without giving any reason. The return of the goods is at your own risk and expense.
Only items that are completely undamaged and in perfect, unused condition will be accepted for return. In particular, worn, dirty, damaged or smelly products cannot be returned. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to assert claims for damages.
