Shipping policy

After order confirmation, we will ship the ordered items as a package to the delivery address provided by you. The usual delivery time is between 3-5 working days for all products except for wheelsets. Wheelsets generally take 10-15 working days. Within the EU, there are no customs clearance fees or shipping costs.
For orders from outside the EU, the delivery time may be extended by up to 5 working days.
Should delivery of the goods fail despite repeated attempts, MYBIGALS may withdraw from the contract.

Returns

By returning the goods within 14 days of receipt, you can cancel the contract without giving any reason. The return of goods is at your own risk and expense.
Only items that are absolutely intact and in perfect, unused condition will be accepted. In particular, worn, soiled, damaged, or foul-smelling products cannot be accepted. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to assert claims for damages.
