Shipping policies

After order confirmation, we will ship the ordered items as a parcel to the delivery address you provided. The usual delivery time is 3-5 business days for all products except wheels. Wheels usually take 10-15 business days. There are no customs clearance or shipping fees within the EU.
For orders from outside the EU, delivery times may be extended by up to 5 working days.
If delivery of the goods fails despite repeated delivery attempts, MYBIGALS may withdraw from the contract.

Return

By returning the goods within 14 days of receipt, you can cancel the contract without giving any reason. Returning the goods is at your own risk and expense.
We will only accept returns if the items are completely undamaged and in perfect, unused condition. Worn, dirty, damaged, or foul-smelling products are particularly unacceptable. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to assert claims for damages.
